Liquitex Flow Aid Professional Effects Medium, 118ml (4-oz)

Improve the flow, absorbency, and blending of water-based paint, ink, or dye by breaking water tension. This product is designed to minimize brush strokes and create very fluid washes without hard edges when used with Liquitex Soft Body color. It is ideal for achieving staining effects on raw canvas. However, it is important not to add more than 25% of this product as it does not contain a binder and adding too much can weaken the stability of the paint film.

This binder-free aqueous solution contains surfactants and can be used in combination with any acrylic medium or acrylic color when increased flow and absorption are desired, and when decreased film tension and friction are needed. It is particularly effective for creating staining effects on raw canvas.
